A Mexican Fiesta is offered once a week as well, right on the beach with a vast array of dishes to sample. There are two swim-up bars you can float up to during the day, and at night you will most likely find a spot with your feet in the sand on one of the swings at Papitos beachfront bar listening to live music. After hours, head up to Rick’s bar is the place to be where you can find nightly activities such as pool, games, and a DJ.

The town of Puerto Morelos is a quaint, authentic Mexican village full of small shops, cafes, bars, street vendors, fishing piers, and artisans. Prices are very reasonable in town, locals are friendly and welcoming and the vibe is relaxing and chill. Skip the bustle and expense of Tulum! Puerto Morelos is where it’s at!
