The Guest List

To get an estimate on how many guests will attend and how many rooms you will need to set aside, it is best to divide your guest list up into 3:

A - Guests on your A list are those who you know will be there no matter what. These guests include parents, family, bridal party and your closest friends.
B - Guests on your B list are those who would love to travel with you, but just may not be able to for one reason or another.
C - Guests are your C list are those you feel obligated to invite, but you know there is a very small chance that they will travel for your wedding.

Add together all of your A list and half of your B list to get a close estimate of the number of guests who will travel for your wedding. This is who we need to set rooms aside for.
