About Lauren

I’ve been helping couples turn their destination wedding dreams into reality for over 15 years — and I still get chills every time a “we do” happens somewhere beautiful.

After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, I dove straight into the travel world — first as a Destination Wedding Specialist, then as a Group Sales Supervisor for a tour operator. Along the way, I had the chance to work with Shelli and the RTG team and saw firsthand just how special they are. So when the chance came to join them and get back to working directly with couples? Total no-brainer.

I’m based on the East Coast in Pennsylvania, where life’s an adventure with my husband, our two kids, and our dog, Xena (#WarriorPrincess). When we’re not cheering on the sidelines of a soccer game, hanging out with family and friends, or enjoying some quiet time at home by the fire, we’re usually planning our next getaway — with Costa Rica and Mexico being top favorites among our crew. We’re also big Philly sports fans — PSU, Phillies, Union, and Eagles… Go Birds!

Having planned destination wedding groups for over a decade, I truly believe there’s nothing better than celebrating your love with the people who mean the most — and making memories that last way beyond the big day.
