Jennifer & David chose a destination wedding because they truly love to travel, and they wanted their wedding to reflect that. They had visited the Caribbean many times, but they wanted something a little different so they chose Costa Rica for the variety, adventure, and the chance to experience a location neither of them had been to before. Adults-only was also a must for them, and a smaller guest list helped keep the experience more intimate and focused.
Even though some guests hoped for a family-friendly resort, they found a great solution so everyone could still attend. David’s family rented an Airbnb nearby, and the group was still able to enjoy time together throughout the trip.
Jennifer shared that their resort wedding coordinator, Jeannette Vallejos, was incredible—timely, organized, and truly made the entire process feel stress-free. Their wedding celebration was beautifully spread across multiple locations, including a beach reception with black sand, a garden cocktail hour, and an intimate dinner reception in the garden, plus unforgettable sunset photos along the shoreline.
