Travel Documents
Everyone who booked with us will get an email about 1-2 weeks prior to travel with their travel documents attached. We also provide guests with important know-before-you-go details that include advice on currency, tipping, dress codes and and cell service. We also include details about the transportation between the airport and the resort. This is all important information to help their travel experience go smoothly.

Guests who booked their room with us and have provided us with their flight details have pre-arranged airport transfers confirmed prior to travel. We have contracted group transfer services for your wedding guests that go between the airport and the wedding resort only. The transfers cannot be used to go to other resorts. We include detailed transfer instructions when we send guests their travel document email. The instructions explain who to look for at the airport and how to handle any last minute changes.
Free Rooms & Post-Wedding Refunds
If your room contract includes a rebate for rooms or nights booked (for example, earn 1 free room for every 10 rooms booked), the refund will happen automatically after your group travels. Once you check out, the resort will do an audit of your group to determine how many rooms or nights you earned. They will then authorize the amount of the rebate, subtracting out the cost of airport transfers and taxes. The rebate you earn is usually refunded back to the credit card you used to pay for your room or group deposit. It all happens within about two weeks after the wedding.
