Karisma Resorts hosted their 9th annual GIVC Awards at El Dorado Royale and Casitas in Riviera Maya, Mexico on December 9, 2016. Minnesota-based Romance Travel Group was invited to attend and receive 4 coveted awards including Top 10 Azul Producer, Top 10 Azul Wedding Producer, Top 10 El Dorado Wedding Producer and 4 Diamond Producer.

Shelli's Travel had the honor of joining Karisma Hotels at the twelfth annual Travel Weekly Readers Choice Awards at the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City in December 2014. Shelli Nornes was one of seven agents invited to join Karisma at the black tie awards banquet. Karisma Hotels were nominated for two awards and won the coveted Best Boutique Hotel Chain award!
